We picked up pace and our shots were there (in the second half). The second half was our best team effort this season.

We knew it wasn't going to be easy. But we've become a second-half team this year. I don't necessarily like it that way -- we don't like to have to come back. But we have matured enough to be poised and do whatever we have to do to come away with a win.

What we tried to do in the second half was pick up the pace. The more we tried to go get 'em, the worse it got. We tried hard. We need to play them a different way.

Mineral Wells picked it up in the second half and made it a much better game.

In the second half they looked to stop everybody else, and I got going. I picked up the momentum and was able to break the game open.

In the first half we knocked some shots down, but our offense didn't seem to be clicking. We picked up our defense a little bit and I think that helped our offense in the third quarter.
