We plan to report more and better about China and expand the Beijing Branch.

One of our main jobs in the current period is to strengthen cooperation with Chinese media. This kind of cooperation is expected to make our China reports more varied and more vivid. And there will be a bright future for business cooperation and exchanges between Chinese and Arabic media.

The IEA report is very neutral. It is playing up the demand slowdown in China and 8 out of 9 OECD countries and down-playing the gasoline situation.

The plan that is out there -- A, B and C -- is the Mitchell report, ... It calls for a cessation of violence and hostility toward one another, it calls for confidence-building measures to restore trust and security cooperation, and it also leads to negotiations on final status.

You can always amend a big plan, but you can never expand a little one. I don't believe in little plans. I believe in plans big enough to meet a situation which we can't possibly foresee now.

We would like to expand our branch operations on a wholly owned basis. We're in constant dialogue with the insurance regulator, and I hope to visit him very soon in Beijing.
