We played all the kids and they all played well. We didn't try to run it up, we tried to get everyone in the game. I thought after the first couple of minutes we played well. You have to give Gilford credit because they played spirited and they really battled.

We had to work for the tie. They certainly deserved no less than a tie.

What these kids have done over the last six days was special. Everyone was nervous because we all knew what was at stake. But I think our seniors really stepped up, and (goalie) Matt (McCarthy) made some big saves for us when we needed them. I am proud of the kids' effort (last night), and I am excited about going to the playoffs with this team.

I feel good going into the game. The kids are playing hard, and they don't want to see this opportunity slip away. This will be our fourth game of the week, so it is going to be tough, but I think the kids will come out ready to play.

There have been some issues with the medical records. Kids here are so much healthier. The kids who come here can have medical problems that don't even come up in their history when screened.

Our kids played with heart and believed in themselves.
