We played each of these games with desperation. Knowing each game could have been our last game, we had a lot of energy.

We talk about that and that's why we practice so hard. We have to be right on point when the postseason starts so we're working as hard as we can to be ready.

There was a lot of desperation to win these games. Closing out the game. Hitting free throws. Valuing each possession of the ball. We did it all tonight and we pulled the game out.

I think the urgency and the desperation have gone up. We've gotten points in three straight games and we've had opportunities, now we need the consistency aspect. In order to win in this league, you've got to play 60 minutes, and I have the utmost confidence we'll do that.

I think it comes down to desperation. I really don't understand some of the efforts we're getting from some of the guys when we're supposed to be trying to make a push to get into the playoffs. It's astonishing.

That if desperate times call for desperate measures, then I'm free to act as desperately as I wish.
