We played our best baseball in regional last year. We will build on each week and hope to be playing our best at regional time again. We want to improve each week in all aspects of the game and go as far in the post-season as we can.

Brent Swart and Caleb Wilson are expected to start and be solid. Many other will compete for playing time.

This is a season I will never forget and I hope everybody in baseball never forgets.

If over time the World Baseball Classic works the way we hope it will, I think the next time there is a discussion it will be the IOC asking us to come back.

Strengths are our pitching overall, pitching depth and defense.

I hope our fans will enjoy getting an inside look at Dodgers baseball in 2006.
