We played really well and we played with a lot of emotion. Sierra had a lot of frustration running its offense against us.

There's a lot of emotion that can become involved. Unfortunately, parents have a tendency to give in, allowing their kids to take charge. To make things easier, parents will often build their own eating habits around those of the picky eater.

Frustration is the first step towards improvement. I have no incentive to improve if I’m content with what I can do and if I’m completely satisfied with my pace, distance and form as a runner. It’s only when I face frustration and use it to fuel my dedication that I feel myself moving forwards.

I pitch with emotion,

It won't change my commitment. I understand what they did. I understand their frustration. They could have easily killed me.

The emotion we had Saturday was probably an all-time high from what I've seen before. When you're on the field and you look over to the sideline after a play and everybody's going crazy, that type of emotion is what we need each game. It sparks the way we play.
