We played well and gave up very few chances; we are just having trouble scoring.

We really played a tremendous game. We gave up scoring chances because maybe we were a little too aggressive but that same aggressiveness won us a game.

It?s great to see him get some scoring chances and make the most of him. He?s played hard, and you like to see guys get rewarded when they do that.

We really created some chances, some pretty chances too, with drop passes, and we did what we wanted to do except for finish it. I thought we could do that in the second half and it didn't really happen.

That's not going to create more scoring chances. Scoring chances are down because that's the way the game is played today. The players are bigger now, there's not as much room to move around. You watch old tapes, which I do quite a bit, it is a different game now.

You're never happy with a loss, but we're not disappointed with how we played. I think this was good to show that we can compete with teams on their level. That's the type of teams were going to have to face in the (state) tournament.
