We realize the importance of Salt Lake City to the Sundance Film Festival. The city has been very supportive of the festival through the years.

It's just big enough to hold a substantial audience and is intimate enough to be an ideal location for our screenings. We're looking forward to seeing how the premiere goes off there this year.

We'd like to maintain a good traffic flow, to make it an enjoyable experience and hopefully not cause an inconvenience to those who aren't involved in the festival.

There's always ambiguity. None of these cases have 'an' answer. That's why you've got to be flexible.

Although we are disappointed in this course of events, we wish Paul the best and appreciate his contributions during his short time with the Company. The search for Paul's replacement is under way as we are very committed to the structure put in place under Paul. Paul's responsibilities will be handled amongst the senior management team until that replacement is appointed.
