We realize we need to do this right. We don't want to add another negative experience to these kids because being a teenager is hard enough. The last thing we want to do is be like a yo-yo.

I'm happy, but happy isn't the right word. These young kids stepped up and did a good job tonight. This truly was a team win.

The community wants to have more confidence in what we're doing. It's only fair. An enrollment projection study is essential. I'd be hard pressed to make a decision about this study without that information because we've been talking about this for a long time.

That's what got us into this situation a year ago. I spent a great deal of time with the community ... to ensure the numbers we were using were the right ones, because I didn't want to do what we're doing now.

We need to look very hard at that policy to see if it is in everyone's best interest to do something different. If we're going to change the policy, we need to get the community involved.

We couldn't be happier so many people thing this is such a great school that they want to come here.
