We really came to play. It was a great team effort.

This was a hard game for us to play. Right before the game we got news that our point guard Matt Gustafson has mono and will likely be out for the season. However, I thought that everyone on the team stepped up their game. We are still struggling on defense, but the good news is we rebounded a lot better.

Bisbee came out hot in the first quarter. I guess the guys thought that they would just let us win. We played very well after the first quarter.

I really thought that we were going to be one of the teams to beat in state. Unfortunately, because of sickness we were never able to play at the level we started.

I have to give these kids a lot of credit, they never gave up. I want to tell the seniors thank you, and I wish you a good life.

I think we are getting hot at the right time. Now, we just need to put everything together, and make a push to the regional tournament.
