We are expecting to add another 100 employees in 2006. We have 30 openings right now for software engineers. We're looking for people. But in this (low-unemployment) market, it's not easy. A lot of people want to head to the big cities. But we offer hi-tech on the beach.

For us right now the focus is definitely going to be on results. If we can come out and definitely put together a good performance and do all the things we need to do then you gain a little psychological effect with the fact that you are going into the Open Cup Final on Wednesday. But, we go a game at a time right now since it is the end of the season. We just need to focus on taking another step forward with our team and making ourselves better and get prepared for the final push in the playoffs.

You saw an outpouring of people closing their businesses and walking alongside their employees. It was a great unity.

We respect our employees, and we're glad that all of them are coming back on Tuesday.
