We see an influx whether the weather is hot or cold, we see a change in the number of people in our facility.

That's the primary transportation for most of our residents. Until DART (Dallas Area Rapid Transit) comes through, that's what is being used.

Our population has been lowered because we have seen such a mild winter. We thought we were just going to slide into summer, but I guess the weather says otherwise.

Of course, on a night like tonight, in this situation, we won't turn away anyone, especially if they are able or a family. But things like being drug-free are still a must.

If that's any indication, we expect double that [on Friday night].

It's too soon to tell if this is a market change or if it's people waiting for the weather.
