In the past, the market has absorbed home price increases with household income growth. Well, we had household income growth in 2005, but appreciation rates were higher than that, therefore we needed the low interest rates.

You took an area that already has a struggling social service safety net, and into that net you dumped 250,000 people who desperately need help. We weren't helping the folks who were already here and now we're really going to have to stretch.

We can see more patients with the same number of staff and number of hours, and provide more service.

We believe that because we were able to continue some service, the impact won't be as great as if all the service had been shut down. We'll soon get all our passengers back.

Some people choose not to donate their services because they believe that it somehow devalues them by "giving them away." In truth, there is nothing that demonstrates the value of your skills more than putting them to good use for a cause you believe in.
