We see that there needs to be more guidance for employers and more protections for workers.

In effect, it shuts them down. They're not permitting workers to be employed.

It's designed to meet the needs of both newer and veteran guidance counselors and promote all 64 campuses in the SUNY system. Some guidance counselors may be able to meet representatives of SUNY schools they couldn't otherwise visit.

If the funds aren't paid by the deadline, the department will file a civil lawsuit.
