We seem to be bouncing off the bottom in apparel. We see a return to growth in the second quarter. At least we can see the turn in the corner on apparel, and we're cautiously optimistic there.

The 49 corridor has been effective. Now growth will occur along the Route 15 corridor. Everyone knows that. This could be a great tool to take advantage of that.
