We send a lot of variance applications to the state. More often than not, they get approved.

We have a policy of not commenting on our patent applications.

The new growth areas are generally in areas that don't have sewers available or public water available. We're constantly expanding to meet the demand.

And we have not taken it to the Board of Regents. Once it is approved with the Board of Regents, it will become public.

This is our first time here and we're very excited. This will be the best in the state if approved.
