We spent a lot in 2005.

That's the big stuff. We did a lot of little stuff that most people probably didn't even notice. All of it adds to the economy a little bit, I think.

We will get that process kicked off in 2006.

My guess is that's going to be an $8- to $10-million building.

The emphasis for this year will be the design of that building.

I am fascinated at how much time we spend doing things that we don’t enjoy.
