We started slow and it took some floor time to get started, but we came out hot in the second half and pressed, and they (Kerman) could not keep up with us.

There was a lot of talk this week about the Yosemite girls teams running up the score, well, Washington had a 40-point lead tonight, and they ran a full court press and their star player (Willis) was on the floor until on a few minutes were left in the game.

Just look at the roster. We had 11 players score and five with eight or more points, and a different player again, led the scoring.

I definitely want to coach again. But everything would have to fall in place to come back any time soon.

The second time through they had a much better approach and were aggressive at the plate and drilled the ball. We just took too many strikes today. That's not the approach that we want or need to take.

Over a period of time, cream rises to the top, and five teams made it because five teams were incredible in '05. There's no reason we shouldn't have as good a year as last year.
