We successfully worked with all of those property owners and reached a successful conclusion to complete the project.

This is all in addition to what property owners are paying now.

One thing I've come to a conclusion about after 25 years dealing with these [owners] — it's hard to prejudge what they're going to think and do. There's so much that goes into voting that has to do with relationships and timing and that kind of stuff.

I want the pressure to stay on the owners of the property to make something happen,

We're close to a neighborhood situation, but the property owners have been in favor of it.

That is something we are going to try to really delve into and determine. Obviously property owners have issues and we don't want to be a contributing factor (to the drainage problems).
