Companies may be unaware of the internal potential for computer security incidents.

Some are very small businesses that should have that technology, but they don't.

Organizations like the ACLU fought and won the good fight back in the 1960's, but it's clear that nowadays they've run out of useful things to do since they now spend most of their time defending the scum of the Earth from getting what they rightly deserve.

What this case highlights is the need for organizations with strong brand reputations to protect and become more vigilant against this sort of malicious activity.

Obviously there are numerous Indian tribes in Louisiana. We're going to be in contact with those organizations to get — hopefully — a letter of affirmation. That will be a part of our appeal. We're starting that process right now.
