We talked a lot. We watched Monday Night Football together. We'd just talk about certain situations. It was one of those deals, what I may have seen early on. I was in that situation one point in time and I was trying to share some of my insights.

I stayed up last night and watched the Republican Convention all night long. I watched all of them talk, and listened to them and seen them and I'm not interested in politics. If you watch them and listen to them you can find out why.

Andy (Reid) and I, we talked and we talk outside of football. So when he called me up and said, 'Corey, listen, I'm going to let you go,' he knew that that was a tremendous opportunity for me, and they were comfortable in the position in that they were moving to get some of those young guys in there. And from a business standpoint, it saves them some money. So there are no hard feelings.
