We think it's going to be a challenge this year but it's a great first step that Picnic Day is collaborating with us. We give them a lot of credit for the zero-waste program.

We're trying to encourage zero waste so that we can divert as much trash as possible to save the campus money and landfill space. This is our first year doing it, so the program will be taking place only on the Quad.

Companies should take three critical steps to meet the challenge of transferring knowledge from retiring employees. The bottom line is that leaders in this arena know that capturing critical workforce knowledge and skills can't be left to chance.

This is a tough walk when it's firm and perfect on a perfect day. It'll be a challenge.
