We think that this money should be given in tax relief to the American people, not spent by those know-it-alls back in Washington.

People haven't done things that, perhaps in retrospect, you can say that maybe they should've done, ... Its always easier to criticize.

I'm not a real fan of commissions but I do think if you get the right people on it you might come up with some way to solve this really serious problem.

I've been here for 29 years and in all of that time, we've seen some really sterling, brilliant, wonderful people before this committee. But I've never seen anybody who has done a better job of explaining himself than you have.
