We threw the ball too much in the Georgia Tech game. That was my fault. We didn't stick with our running game, and it cost us in the long run.

We got the game plan in. All we are doing is polishing it and working on special teams. We had a little scrimmage with the underclassmen and it was a good day. We'll give them a few more plays tomorrow. It was a good day, a good practice, but it was a little wet.

John Barber threw an excellent ball game as he has every game we've put him out there.

We want to go out and get better each game no matter if it's Duke, Temple, Georgia Tech, North Carolina or Virginia Tech. We just have to get the ball rolling so once we're into those bigger games, then we're just clicking.

That game was fierce, ... The most noteworthy thing in my book was how incredibly hard Georgia Tech played in every aspect of the game. We've got to take care of our business and try to play a little bit like the way they played: force the issue, make some plays and don't turn the ball over.

I tried to be aggressive because last game I threw away the ball like 100 times. This time I knew I had to get it done and everybody stepped up, especially Jack and Drew (Harris).
