They worked hard throughout the entire race. It was definitely a mental and physical adjustment running the extra distance.

That was a great run for Xavier. Especially after not running that race since his state high school meet two years ago. He's really in good shape and we're keeping him kind of rested up so I wasn't very surprised to see a time like that.

Xavier has been running the 400 meters so he has a little more strength at the end of his race. He ran the race he was supposed to. He was quite a bit faster in his second 100 so I was real pleased with his effort.
