We used to have to go through a long conditional use and now we have a lot of uses by right and now we can get people in here faster.

We were concerned about the township because we had a terrible reputation when it came to businesses. We wanted to really work on renovation and streamline the process. We have a lot to offer here including a great community, a high end community with intelligent people, a great school district, the business commons is pristine and we have great access from I-95, two airports and train links to Philadelphia and New York.

They gave us the opportunity to make a little money for our organization. We appreciate the opportunity.
