We want our kids to know that there is a long program of tradition here. Unless you embrace that tradition, you don't know it. You have to take advantage of the tradition that we have.

We've got players that know the system and have been here long enough. We just got to make it happen.

We expect Nick to be the best quarterback in the state. By that we mean to expect Nick to help us win games. That's what we expect him to do. I have never felt more comfortable with a quarterback under center than Nick.

Those positions are wide open. We have a veteran in Reese and two young kids. To me, this camp is great because guys will have to push themselves.

We realize that we are definitely a target for them, and that puts our kids on the defensive a little bit, ... We're aware. We're alert. But we have goals of our own, and in order to meet them we have to find a way to win no matter who we're playing.

The real fix is connecting with kids.
