We want people to show their patriotism. We'd like to have a lot of participation. We're hoping for 300 or 400.

We want fresh thinking, to charge the batteries, and passionate participation. There is a lot of value added in Tony coming on board and helping us internally with his own views and ideas. It fits into the mold.

Many people have come to Christ as a result of my participation in presenting the Gospel to them. It's all the work of the Holy Spirit.

Citizen participation is just an appeasement by the board for people who have an issue. It was not the forum in which to change something.
