We want students to realize that music costs money. We feel it's important that students interact with the service provider. We don't serve as the middle man.

All of our music is fully licensed and fully protected. It's a pretty accessible service that we feel fulfills students' needs.

This is a free service to the campus. Students can choose to sign up or not.

Be vigilant as to your surroundings and don't let anyone follow you into the dorms. Students who reside off-campus should also be aware of their surroundings.

We may be a nonprofit, but we are no different than any business. ... We have to deliver a service students can't get anywhere else for comparable or less cost.

Service is now an agenda item. There's a lot of money invested in it. The problem is, companies lack the processes and systems that enable them to manage their service operations and to have visibility and control over whether they make a service call or not. That is a void we are filling.
