We want to finish strong and get first place in the division before the break. That's something we've worked very hard for and we very much want.

I don't think anybody was looking for the penalties. I said it before ... the first team that adjusts is going to be the winner. You end up with a ton of scoring chances, a ton of special teams and you're going to have to get better and you're going to have to adjust. Whining about it isn't going to do anything. It's not going to go away.

If it's working, then we'll stay with it. If not, we'll move (combinations around) and, quite frankly, in the first five games we do want to see other combinations either during games or during practices.

We had nine first-year players against Montreal. Everybody knows our situation. We're limping.

Our first couple of years we were really, really strong. We could have competed on the NCAA Division III level and even the Division II level. The past few years we've gone down a bit, even though by club standards we still had really good teams. But when we tried to sep up against some of the NCAA II, III and NAIA teams, we did not fare as well.
