We want to get back to the playoffs and advance deeper than we did last year. But overall, the program has definitely turned around. The school is very supportive. We're bringing a lot of fans to the game. We had a good group of freshmen come into the program this year. We have a good balance on the team.

Andrew is a very good hockey player. I've had the privilege of coaching him since he was six-years-old with Pawtucket Youth Hockey. It's been enjoyable to watch him grow.

Justin is also a good player. He saw a lot of ice-time last season as a freshman. We were kind of undermanned. He did an admirable job, and this year he's picked up where he left off. He's doing a nice job.

He's the meat and we're the bread.

We're just playing well as a team. The kids work hard every week in practice. We're off to a good start but the season's really long and there's a lot left to accomplish.

One of the things that I first remember wanting to be was a 'geolisty' - that was the best I could say when I was a kid. That was right after I stopped wanting to be a fireman or a truck driver. Because my dad is a paleontologist who worked with the Smithsonian, I got to see the bones up close and the exhibits behind the scenes there.
