We want to help Odessa succeed. Our intent is to educate people, not so they can speak for us, but so they can speak for themselves.

We hope they succeed because they'll help us succeed.

The results (of the assessment) indicated the need for strategic initiatives. As leaders we must work together to address the needs of our entire community.

When you have such amazing talents like Alex and Riley, then they succeed really quickly with the help of good training and good coaches. I think this, for the younger divers, is just a great opportunity to get more experience and more confidence.
