We want to improve our readiness and preparedness for April. The core of our team is in place. If we feel it's easy, we want to make our decisions sooner.

I feel as though I have leapt off this massive cliff and I am still building my wings… Everyone just assumes I know how to fly, but I am pretty sure I am only falling gracefully and hoping to miss the ground.

It usually takes me two or three days to prepare an impromptu speech.

I think I saw our young team definitely improve. They made great strides. The turnovers were young turnovers. It is a shame we came so close and couldn't get over the final hurdle. The mistakes -- they were positive mistakes, aggressive mistakes. It is a learning experience.
