We want to know how much we can get, when we can get it, how we have to get it -- a lot of questions. (We) just want some answers.

This is all about Fort Myers and the greater Fort Myers area. We are at our best when we are providing centralized support for decentralized decision making. I have family that lives in Cape Coral. They tell me somebody will either write me a letter, which I have never received a letter at any time, or somebody will call, (or) a loan agent will get a hold of me, and nobody has done that.

We are basically kind of in limbo, because we may have to be out of our rental home in a month or so, and we have this to come home to, and there's nothing here.
