We wanted a better solution to provide more elevator service while work is in progress.

Since we chose HSI as our point-of-sale solution over six years ago, the HSI level of service and responsiveness has been excellent. The HSI software was able to manage the transaction volume a property of our size generates into a single database solution, which has proved to be both reliable and efficient.

All of the elevators are aging. Uniformly throughout the campus, they're older elevators.

It may be sooner, but we're trying to be a little cautious. It's definitely not pleasant to shut down the elevators in Building 5, but the plan is moving forward.

It sounds like bad news, but we're progressing. We're closing them down in accordance with the Division of Labor's directive to work on the elevators to make them more operational.

The news on the textiles unit does look like they are making progress on finding a solution. But the results for 2005 are a mixed message.
