We wanted Sweet Pea to understand that the defendants were not a bunch of faceless companies, but almost all young mothers without the resources to defend themselves on the merits of the claims.

If anybody looks at the designs being sold and what Sweet Pea says is their registered trademark, they'll walk away laughing because they're so different. But this is a very serious lawsuit that's enormously unsettling for those targeted.
