We were bummed when we heard that there were babies born before him at St. Rita's (Medical Center). We were shocked when we heard that Evan was the first baby in Auglaize County.

We watched the ball drop and put the kids to bed. We left for the hospital shortly after midnight and Evan was born 21 hours later.

Evan has a lot of facial expressions. We are not sure which ones are happy though. It was a long birth but it was worth it since he is so cute.
