We were extremely pleased with the number and quality of the nominations we received. It was a reflection of the contributions that women are continuing to make in the business community.

It's very much a reflection of our entire program, staff, and players. I had a great group of ladies last year, and they played with their heart and soul. It's not just that team. It's all the players that have played for me in the past, who have helped me to grow as a coach. They've taught me how to motivate, to teach skills, to discipline. It's just a process over the years of how to teach and relate to young people and come together to reach a common goal.
