We were intending to run
him in a race on Thousand Guineas day but he's now ineligible so we'll have
to think again

They ran as hard tonight as they did the first meet a week ago. Every individual race that we had two people in, we double-placed in.

There are a lot of accomplishments and victories you can make along the way of a race as long as this. And if we can reach some of those, we'll be fine.

He ran a great race that day. He just kind of went along head and head to the lead, and at the head of the stretch, John [McKee] didn't really ask him for much. John crossed his reins on him, and he just drew off. It was a pretty impressive race.

We sailed the last race anyway, because we wanted to enjoy the day; we tried to not be aggressive, since other boats were sailing for second place. The strong winds and waves of the first two days separated the more experienced sailors from the less experienced.
