We were unsatisfied with some of the rules because they are not uniform and we feel are arbitrarily applied. We feel the rules infringe on a parent's right to make decisions for their children.

There are no rules, because life is made up of too many rules as it is.

You follow the rules because you either care about them or you're scared of them.

The Democratic caucus is rich in diversity. Democratic women have excelled in Congress — leading our efforts on the Rules, Intelligence, Small Business, House Administration committees and the Steering and Policy committee, and Democratic women play a prominent role in every committee.

The first rule in life is 'everybody lies.' Remember that and you'll get a lot further.

I love rules and I love following them, unless that rule is stupid.
