We weren't happy with our effort against Washington. We tried to come out with a solid effort tonight, and we were able to do that.

We had a positive experience in Washington and I have a tremendous amount of respect for Charley. The one thing that I know is critical to not only our success as an organization but to my success as a head coach is the person that oversees the personnel. There's not any coach in this league that can overcome certain personnel deficiencies.

We are all truly directing. We all feel deeply part of it and are making a great collaborative effort. Each one of us respects the other's place.
