We will be competitive this season. We want to win some games; it will depend on how quickly the young guys adjust and become comfortable.

This is a tough league, and all our games will be like this one.

Georgia Tech can win nine or 10 games. They will never do that consistently. That's my feeling ... because of the type of program this is.

People don't come to your games to see your manager. I can understand why some people will feel that this was based on Alan's popularity here. But really, we could not afford to make this decision based on that, because we need to right this ship.

It will be the same story as the past two games - we'll see if quick can beat big. We have to make things difficult on them with our pressure and limit their top two players as best we can.

The games will be on TV (in Hawaii). We're going to have a lot of fun. Much of the day is optional but we'll practice on days we don't play.
