We will be having a silent auction and a sale of goods for all the things people have donated. All the proceeds will go towards helping someone get out of the poverty trap.

We were amazed by the people. They worked so hard and they had so little. Things that we take for granted like water or medical care were out of their reach. We just wanted to help.

We have had two cows promised by two different groups. They are busy raising the money as we speak. That will make a huge difference to two families.

The clinics target a very slim population, but people in that population I think will find it very helpful.

Many people need some help from time to time, and we will do just about anything.

People will look at the turnout and say ?What message is that sending?? Do we have a positive support base in this community or does it look as though people are positive about the library but don't want to increase their taxes.
