They've got some legitimate concerns. We will fix whatever they suggest that we fix. It's pretty apparent that there needs to be better oversight.

We think there is a difference between a fully trained service dog who is accompanying a student who needs assistance and a puppy in training. We know that some dogs are successful in completing the training, and others are not.

If any checking needs to be done, it needs to be at the point the order is initiated -- not when the order is executed.

The bottom line is we're shooting for an (increase) in the 25 percent range in order to meet the needs that we've got. But how that breaks out, I can't tell you yet.
