We will have balance this week.

Everything comes down to balance.

It will be different in different places. In some places, governments are strong, Iraqi units are good, the ethnic balance is benign, (and) they are already running things.

We are not highly leveraged, and we have a strong balance sheet. The rating agencies will readily admit that our financial numbers put us above investment grade.

I think it will balance out to a certain extent.

It won?t go away anytime soon. I?m not pessimistic, but I?m not that optimistic. It will balance out.
