We will look at our various options.

We hope that as soon as all the hoops and loops have been gone through that we will be able to tie it all up by the middle of this year; from our point of view the sooner the better.

It's too early to say what the free-float is going to be.

It's essentially the USC that helped move this project along and we're in support of it, but obviously we will follow whatever our students say. I think everybody recognizes Western's recreational facilities aren't up to par and we need to improve student recreation on campus.
