We will start with an excavator to see if we can find the tank and get some samples. Any impacted material we will screen. That will give us an indication of the cleanliness. Then we will remove any impacted material. That material will be land farmed.

I think one of the big stories is the cost of materials. That's going to put pressure on rental rates for new properties, in particular. Rents will be higher all the way around.

If we can go up and learn those lanes and shoot like this, I'll take my chances. There will be some tough teams and it's a new environment. It's wild, exciting, unbelievable. I'm glad they get a chance to experience that as such a young team -- it should make them hungry to do it again.

I am quite confident there will be many who make that charge, that we are self-serving, ... But I am equally confident that the impact that Katrina had on this industry is real.
