We would sit outside and draw them, paint them with water colors, they were just so beautiful. They were so beautiful and such an important part of the campus, and then the blossoms would fall to the ground. It always made me think about the deeper meaning of life.

I did all of the matting and framing myself. I am very picky. It is all about the presentation. That is what we were told in college.

I always have my camera with me. I try to take pictures of things that people take advantage of every day. I focus on color and texture composition.
