We'd like to get that on the first-floor level. We want to try to make things as accessible as we can. Right now it isn't. We want to try to get a better space downstairs and do more community things.

We're going to keep the existing building and kind of reconfigure things.

We are still deciding what will be the best route to go.

I travel every week and I could be in a suit one second and the next second I'll be in jeans and flip-flops, so it has that upscale feel but offers the comfort ability of home. It's a great hotel for this type of market because the business side of Fort Myers has developed quite a bit but it's also a strong leisure market.

We're excited to be in this area. With the new development coming on we know Daniels road has been developing the last couple of years but to bring a property like this into the market is going to be extremely successful.
