[Wednesday] we came out and we were just dead. We got on the kids a little bit, started questioning a lot of things about their approach. [Thursday], we saw a better approach. I feel better [Thursday] than I did [Wednesday].

The question is, why are politicians so eager to be president? What is it about the job that makes it worth revealing, on national television, that you have the ethical standards of a slime-coated piece of industrial waste?

I'm sure a lot of people are questioning that, but I want him for the whole run. I don't want to do anything to him now to hurt him.

We were having so much trouble getting the cars feeling the same, I started questioning the work the guys were doing if they were cutting corners or setting them up right. I questioned what was going on with the weight, and we got to looking in the books and saw it got away from us.

The score was six to one and it actually should have been one to one. We gave them runs, we've been doing that and we're just not very good right now. Today, you name it, we did it the wrong way, but hopefully we gain experience from these games and get something positive out of it.

He's just inconsistent with his rhythm and his mechanics. He's good enough to be there if he's throwing strikes. He's hurting himself by not throwing strikes.
